Let's build your plan! Fill out everything below as completely as you can. Your measurements and photos are what I'll use to create your floor plan, mood board, and shopping list, so the more accurate, the better. Takes about 10 minutes, no call needed, and you'll have your Buildable Room in your inbox within 5 business days.

Room Details:

To build your floor plan, I need real measurements — a quick hand-drawn sketch is perfect, it doesn't need to be pretty. Sketch the room from above (like a map, looking straight down), and include:

• The length of each wall, measured to the nearest inch

• Where each door and window sits, plus how wide it is

• Anything else fixed in place — closets, outlets, vents — and roughly where it is

By submitting this form, you're purchasing The Buildable Room for a one-time, non-recurring fee of $127, charged immediately upon submission.

What's included: a to-scale floor plan for one room, a moodboard, a shopping list of sourced products, and one round of feedback on the moodboard. Additional revisions beyond that one round are billed separately at $75/hr.

Turnaround: delivered within 5 business days of submission. Turnaround depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information and photos you provide — if key details are missing, delivery may be delayed until I have what I need. During high-demand weeks, I'll confirm your exact delivery date within 24 hours of your order.

Measurements & photos: I rely on the measurements and photos you provide to create your plan. I'm not able to verify these in person, so please double-check them before submitting — I'm not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information provided at intake.

Not a construction document: this plan is for personal design and furniture-placement purposes only. It is not a permitted construction document and should not be used for structural work, permitting, or contractor bids.

Refunds: because this is custom work built specifically for your space, this purchase is non-refundable once work has begun.

Usage: you're welcome to use your plan for your own home. The design work itself remains mine.

Your name and other identifying details are never included unless you tell me otherwise, and you're welcome to change your mind later — just send me a message and I'll take it down.
